Production process for crafts in Wood.
* First the artisan has to assure the drying of the wood, this can be through different technics: Outdoors, in solar ovens and heaped in their different forms: heaped horizontal, vertical, triangular and easel.
* The following step is taken out of thick, this means, to obtain a plane surface, to take out the wanted measure, to pass to the lined of the insoles of the product that will be elaborated, followed by the cut of each piece. The surplus of the cuts is taken advantage of to elaborate articles with the veneered technique.
* Continuing with the productive process, it is valued if the wooden piece goes by the lathe, to continue with the codaleado and the soaked.
* The piece becomes refined with sandpapers number 40, while for the armed one nails, glue and drill are used and not all the pieces are carved before of being armed, they finishes carving with these instruments (cercenador, gurvia, and chisels)
* To seal the pores of the wood, they sands it with sandpapers numbers 40, 60 and 100 again, to apply lacquer, if it is sought that the product has a natural tone, otherwise tint is applied to obtain the wanted color.
* In this last step the terminals or decorations are completed, here some details are added, they can be tapes, bedbugs, doorknockers, mirrors, corduroy among other, once concluded the artistic process of these crafts is put in their respective packing to be marketed and to put it in the hands of their buyers.
In this way products are elaborated for the kitchen room as salad bowl, butterkeepers, licour pipes, products to keep the jewels like jewelers, trunks, foils, bracelet, even wing office, cardholders, pencil carriers, key rings among others.
