¿How to carry out the purchases? |
| To request an order with us follow the instructions below:
1. Request an order form and price list. Fill the order
form (attached to the mail you received) with the listed
code that correspondent with the product.
2. After having received the full form, we will send you an invoice, containing the prices of the articles that you have interest and the shipment costs.
3. Sends us an E-mail confirming the arrival of the invoice and your acceptance.
4. If you confirm an order with us, transfer 60% of the total quantity shown in the invoice via the international electronic transfer (Attach you will find a file with details to carry out the transfer). This money is used to pay the artisan the raw matters and the work that they need for its production.
5. In a maximum of 60 days (almost 2 months) you will receive your order (this is to give time to the artisans to elaborate the order).
6.We will send the articles to you via air (depending on the size of the shipment, this will be made by bulk transport or DHL).
7.After you receipt the articles, please transfer the 40 remaining% of the billing quantity, in a term of 5 days. |

| The crafts are send directly to the client's door, also can be Fob to the departing airport and CIF to the destination airport. |

¿What is the time of delivery of the order? |

The time of delivery for a maximum of 500 pieces is of approximately 60 days considering the time that producer has to take to elaborate the crafts, this is considering that the order is of wooden product or ceramic this last requires more time for elaboration. In the case of wooden product it is of 45 days. |

¿What happens if the crafts arrive damaged? |
| "El Güegüense" assumes the damage, you will be able to deduce it from the payment of 40%, the damaged crafts, or if you prefers it will be sent a new order. We only request you sends us pictures of the damaged crafts to make calls to the transportation company and to offer you a better service in the future. |
